International Rugby Sevens
Adelaide
There’s just about no faster sport on the planet
than Rugby Sevens. An incredible 44 games will
be played over just two days at the prestigious
Adelaide Oval – catch it if you can.

UCI BMX Supercross
Adelaide
In a world first, BMX Supercross will be held
outside Europe and USA when it comes to Adelaide
in April 2008.

Adelaide Cabaret Festival

bierkellers of Weimar Germany to the glitz and

World Food Exchange Adelaide The inaugural World
Food Exchange aims to showcase South Australia’s
ecologically sustainable, world-class agricultural
and aqua cultural practices to importers, journalists
and food practitioners from around the world.

Classic Adelaide Rally
Regional South Australia
Australia’s foremost international tarmac rally
for classic sporting vehicles. Each day’s course
starts in the heart of the city and travels through
wine country and spectacular scenery.

World Tennis Challenge Adelaide
Adelaide
Four countries will play each other over three
nights. Teams feature current tennis champions,
past tennis heroes and rising stars.

Tour Down Under
Adelaide and Regional South Australia
Australia’s premier international cycling event.
The fittest men on two wheels hit the streets
of Adelaide and surrounds in a true test of endurance,
these elite sportsmen will battle for the ochre
jersey over seven days in the highest ranked international
cycling event in the Southern Hemisphere. Cyclists
of all ages can also participate in the Breakaway
Series of rides – The Mutual Community Fun Tour,
Mutual Community Challenge Tour and the Powerade
mini tour for kids.
